We offer our daycare program (R.E.P.S.) to dogs that are friendly and social around other dogs and people, are able to relax away from home during nap and nighttime, and who have successfully passed a Tryout Day. This ensures new and current dogs alike have a positive influence on each other. Together we all help each other improve and grow!

Stay & Play Boarding services are for dogs that like social situations and enjoy play time with other dogs.

We now offer Hotel Boarding to dogs that are unable to participate safely or comfortably in social groups. This is a great fit for dogs who like their personal space, were not socialized, or may not enjoy a high activity environment. We provide a safe, comfortable room and private patio for your dog, along with your selection of mental or physical enrichment activities!

New Account Registration

If you’re new to DogJoy and need to register, please:

1.) Fill out the Questionnaire above
2.) Have the following information ready and then click the Register button below:

  • Your contact information and your emergency contact(s).
  • Your pet(s) information.
  • A credit card on file is required to book any service.

    Your dog is required to be current on the following vaccinations:

    Rabies, Parvo, Distempter, and Lepto (given at least 2 weeks prior to arrival). clean fecal, taken within the last year.

     

    • Upload a copy of your pet’s current vaccination record to your account. You can also email them to us directly at info@dogjoyranch.com
    • Bordetella is not required. There is a 7 day waiting period if the Bordetella vaccine was recently given. Please wait before bringing your pup to us.
    • Canine Influenza is not required at this time, but is highly recommended, especially if your pet travels to other areas of the state or country.

    All of the steps above must be completed before your pet’s vaccinations will be updated in the system.

    Once you have completed all of the above, please allow 24 hours for your account to be updated. In the meanwhile please read over our ‘Visitor Requirements’ above.

    Once your account has been updated:

    We take extreme care to make sure that we are a good fit for your dog(s) and that they are a good fit for us. Extremely nervous, vocal, or anxious dogs do best in their own home with a pet sitter, as stress over long periods of time can cause serious health issues. If your dog is not used to traveling away from home, please consider this when leaving your anxious dog anywhere outside of their own home. If you’re unsure how they will do (or even know they’ll do well) we strongly recommend bringing your dog for AT LEAST one test boarding before leaving the area. This will help your dog better acclimate to a new place, so that we can become second home for them.

    If all goes well, you can request future reservations by clicking on ‘Login’ on the navigation menu.

    Please note that a 50% deposit is required to book a holiday boarding reservation (refundable up to 7 days before your reservation, as a credit to your account) or a private Splash Park rental (refundable up to 72 hours before your reservation)

    Once your Application has been submitted…

    Please give us 1-3 business days to review your application. In the meantime, please familiarize yourself with our Visitor Requirements below and have the following items ready to register for your account.

    We’ll set up an account for you after reviewing your application or, if you’d like to get started on your own, register using the button below.
